abstract Beta2-adrenoceptor agonist as a therapeutically active ingredient for use as a dermatological drug for topical application to the skin of an individual for the local treatment of cutaneous erythematous lupus skin from a group consisting of subcutaneous cutaneous subcutaneous cutaneous lupus erythematosus, chronic cutaneous lupus erythematosus, discoid lupus erythema paniculitis and erythema lupus profundus, in an individual wherein the beta2-adrenoceptor agonist is determined by structural formula I, including its stereoisomers and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, wherein the Z, X, and Y labels independently denote radicals selected from the group consisting of H; substituted C1-6 alkyl, C4-6 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C1-6 alkoxy, phenyl, C7-14 alkaryl and C7-14 alkheterocyclyl; OOR ', CN, NH-CO-NH2, NH-CO, trihalogenmethyl, halogen, OH, OR', NH2, NHR ', NR'R ", CO, CO-R', HSO2, R'-SO2, NH- SO 2 -R 'and wherein the two groups selected from Z, X and Y together form 5 or 6 members of a carbon ring or carbon ring with a single nitrogen atom (N) in the ring; R 1 and R 2 independently denote a radical selected from the group consisting of consists of H, C1-6 alkyl, C4-6 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C7-14 alkaryl, C7-14 alkylheterocyclyl, or wherein R1 and R2 together form a 5 or 6 membered carbon ring or carbon ring with one nitrogen atom (N) in the ring; R 3 denotes a radical selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C 1-6 alkyl, C 4-6 cycloalkyl, C 2-6 -alkenyl and C2-6-alkynyl; C1-6-alkyl, C4-6-cycloalkyl, C2-6-alkenyl, C2-6-alkynyl, C1-6-alkoxyl, C7-14 alkaryl, and C7-14 alkheterocyclyl groups are optionally mono or di-substituted with NH2, NHR ', NR'R ", OH, cyano, nitro and halogen; and R ' independently denote a radical selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, C4-6 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C1-6 alkoxyl, C7-14 alkyl and C7-14alkheterocyclyl, and wherein the carbon atom C1 of structural formula I denotes an asymmetric carbon atom having the R-configuration The patent contains 31 more claims.
