Compounds of formula (I): A • B (I), wherein A represents perindopril or perindoprilat, aB is a compound containing at least one acidic salt-forming function represented by the following formula (III): BR / X- (Ak1) x - (Y) y- (Ak2) zZ (III) wherein: - X represents a CO2H, SO3H or P (O) (OH) 2 group, - Ak1 and Ak2, which may be the same or different, each represent a saturated or an unsaturated, straight or branched C1-C8alkylene group in which one or more carbon atoms may be replaced by an oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen atom or a SO2 group, said aliclene group being optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from CO2H , SO3H, hydroxy and amino, - x, y and z, which may be the same or different, each representing 0 or 1, - Y represents CO or CONH, - Z represents a NO donor group selected from the following groups: wherein R4 and R'4, which may be the same or different, each represent a hydrogen atom or a hal or a group of straight or branched C1-C6alkyl, trifluoromethyl or trifluoromethoxy, it being understood that the bond between A and B is of the ionic type.
