abstract | A compound of formula I: wherein: m is an integer from 0 to 3, R 1 is selected from the group consisting of acylamino, carboxyl ester, and C 1 to C 5 alkyl, optionally substituted with hydroxy, or halogen; R 2 is hydrogen or C 1 to C 5 alkyl; R3 is -C (= X) -A, wherein A is selected from the group consisting of aryl, heteroaryl, heterocycle, and cycloalkyl, each of which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from the group consisting of C1 to C4 alkyl C1 to C4 alkoxy, halogen, hydroxy, and nitro, and X is oxygen or sulfur; R 4 is -alkylene-heterocycle or -alkylene-NR 7 R 8, wherein alkylene is C 1 to C 4 straight alkylene; R7 and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1 to C4 alkyl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl, cycloalkyl, and cycloalkylalkyl; R5 is selected from the group consisting of L-A1, wherein A1 is selected from the group consisting of aryl, heteroaryl, heterocycle, and cycloalkyl, each of which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 4 substituents selected from the group consisting of C1 to C4 alkyl, C1 to C4 alkoxy, halogen, hydroxy, and nitro, wherein L is selected from the group consisting of oxygen, NR9, wherein R9 is hydrogen or alkyl, -S (O) q-, wherein q is 0, 1 or 2, and C1 to C5 alkylene, optionally substituted with hydroxy, halogen or acylamino; and R6 is selected from the group consisting of C1 to C5 alkyl.
