titleOfInvention NEW SOLUTION FORMS OF MESOPROGESTINE 11ß- [4E- (HYDROXYIMINOMETHYL) -Phenyl] -17α-METHOXIMETHYL-17ß-METHOXY-ESTRA-4,9-DIEN-3-SHE
abstract The invention relates to new solid forms of mesoprogestin 11ß- [4E- (hydroxyiminomethyl) phenyl] -17α-methoxymethyl-17ß-methoxy-estra-4,9-dien-3-one (oxime J867), in particular highly pure and stable amorphous orhigh crystalline form (ansolvate / anhydrate) of compound J867. The invention also relates to methods of manufacturing said new solids and to their use in pharmaceutical compositions. New rigid bodies are characterized by showing a high degree of stability. J867 oxime solids can, in particular, be used in the field of fertility control and in hormone replacement therapy.
