abstract |
The present invention relates to novel intermediates useful in the preparation of novel phenyl aminopyrimidine derivatives. Pharmaceutical compositions containing novel phenyl aminopyrimidine derivatives and process for their preparation. The present invention relates in particular to novel phenyl aminopyrimidine derivatives of general formula (I). The novel compounds of the formula can be used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Because IC; 191 values of the molecules in question range from 0.1 to 10.0 nm, the subject new compounds are potentially useful in the treatment of CML. |
