THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO CONJUGATES OF ERYTHROPOYETIN WITH POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL UNDERSTANDING A GLUCOPROTEIN ERYTHROPOYETIN THAT PRESENTS AT LEAST A FREE AMINO GROUP AND THAT PRESENTS IN VIVO BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY THAT MAKES THE CELLS OF THE BIOGRAPHIC PRODUCTS INCREMENTED BY THE GEA IT IS SELECTED FROM THE GROUP THAT CONSISTS OF HUMAN ERYTHROPOYETIN AND ANALOGS OF THE SAME THAT HAVE THE SEQUENCE OF THE MODIFIED HUMAN ERYTHROPOYETIN THROUGH THE ADDITION OF BETWEEN 1 AND 6 GLYCOSILATION SITES OR THROUGH A NEW PROVISION OF AT LEAST ONE GLOSS; SUCH GLUCOPROTEIN BEING COVALLY UNDER "N" GROUPS OF POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL OF FORMULA CO (CH2) X (OCH2CH2) MOR WITH CARBONYL OF EACH GROUP OF POLYETHYLGLYDOL FORMING AN AMIDA LINK WITH ONE OF SUCH AMINO GROUPS; WHERE R IS LOWER RENT; X = 2 O 3, M = 450900, N = 13; WHERE N&M ARE ELECTED THAT THE MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF THE CONJUGATE LESS THAN THE GLUCOPROTEIN ERYTHROPOYETINE IS FOUND BETWEEN 20 KILODALTONS AND 100 KILODALTONS. |
