abstract The present invention relates to a medical device for the production of sterile ACS, PRP and mammalian whole blood fibrin glue without the use of a centrifuge. Accordingly, the present invention relates to sections comprising a closed system: a) Four blood collection syringes or syringes, which are interconnected with tubes or other inside a closed system. b) A percentage of anticoagulant and Hetastarch in the first pouch or syringe c) A small pouch containing ethanol attached to the third pouch through a sealed tube. d) The third bag is connected to the fourth bag (fibrinogen bag) via a smaller bag containing a protein aggregate filter. e) White blood cell filters, platelets and fibrous gel; f) Small bags (ACS bag and PRP bag) connected to the filters through a closed tube to collect finished products. g) A sealed interface between the PRP bag and the fibrous bag. h) Clips for sealing interfaces.
