titleOfInvention A NEW ASymmetric Method for the Synthesis of Acid Trivial Rivastigmine, Crystalline Form Type II
abstract In the present invention, a new, short and industrially convenient method for the synthesis of (S)-3-[1-(dimethylamino)ethyl]phenyl-N-ethyl-N-methylcarbamate was presented. ester (Rivastigmine tartrate), crystalline form II, as well as its use in the preparation of an oral solution with water complexes, stabilized in 40 mM citrate buffer, for the treatment of forms of dementia of the Alzheimer's type, Parkinson's and severe smoking addictions and narcotics.n Presented in the present invention is a stabilized pharmaceutical formulation of the oral solution of Rivastigmine Tartrate, stabilized in a 40 mM citric acid/sodium citrate buffer with water complexes useful for the treatment of forms of dementia of the Alzheimer's, Parkinson's type, and severe smoking and drug addictions substances.
