titleOfInvention A NON-STEARULU AND N-PALMITOUL DOPAMIDIAN ACTION SYSTEM
abstract The invention relates to the anticancer use (monotherapy or in combination with clinically used anticancer drugs) of N-stearoil (S-DA) and N-palmitoyl dopamide (P-DA), on all cancer cell lines. The invention mainly relates to their use as synergistic drugs with the main anticancer drugs: paclitaxel, oxaIipIatia, vincristine, which cause severe neuropathic pain. Indeed, S-DA and P-DA increase the effectiveness of the above anticancer drugs, and compete with the setting and extent of neuropathic pain.
