abstract Oral aqueous solutions containing atomoxetine hydrochloride as an active ingredient and a liquid carrier containing xylitol, maltitol and a sweetener selected from the group consisting of sucralose, saccharin, saccharin sodium or calcium saccharide and saccharide saccharide. The pH of the solution is adjusted in the range of 3.5 to 4.5. The solutions of the present invention are delicious, even in the absence of further polyhydric or sugary alcohols, in addition to xylitol and maltitol.
