titleOfInvention Leaf extract, bark and flowers MISCELLANEOUS native GREEK VARIETY OF PLANT "EVROPAIKIELAIA" IN SERIES polar and apolar solvents, ANOSOENISCHYTIKES, ANTITHROMVOTIKES, ANTIAIMOPETALIAKES, ANTILIPIDAIMIKES, ANTIGIRANTIKES, ANTIKARKINOGONES, NEFROPROSTATEFTIKES, ANTIKAKRINIKES, AKTINOPROSTATEFTIKES, ANTIREFMATIKES, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY, DERMOPROSTATEFTIKES, EGKEFALOPROSTATEFTIKES ANTIOXIDOXING PROPERTIES BETWEEN AND PROTECTION FROM OXIOGRAPHY OXIDATION
abstract The object of the invention is the extracts of leaves, bark and flowers of various indigenous Greek varieties of the plant "European Olive Tree" (Oleaeuropea). The extraction was carried out in both polar and non-polar solvents. After extraction the solvents were completely removed and their moisture (drying) removed. The various extracts were weighed, dissolved in appropriate solutions, and biologically tested in the following samples: 1) In cancer cells of various rows, 2) In cancer rats, 3) In rats induced arthritis, 4) In rats in which heat burn was induced; 6) In human lymphocytes against cancer cells; 7) In rats that were chemically induced by carcinogen administration by 3, 4-benzopyrene and 7) In rats. States throughout their life through their food. From the data extracted from the above experiments, the following extracts are obtained: The extracts of "European Olive" (Olea europea) present with adjuvants, antithrombotic, antiplatelet, anti-lipid, anti-cancer, anti-carcinogenic, anti-carcinogenic, neuroprotective and antioxidant properties as well as protection against oxidation of lipoproteins. Extracts also exhibit skin-protecting properties against thermal burn, while on the other hand they appear to prolong the average life expectancy of experimental animals that have been feeding throughout their lives. Finally, the extracts of "European Olive Oil" (Olea europea) significantly protected the animals from the carcinogenic activity of 3,4-benzopyrene.
