abstract An invention provides thermoplastic materials withdrawal supplement to separation unit, cutting thermoplastic materials into small pieces and washing thereof, moving waste into water-filled tank, and thermoplastic materials – into machine to remove impurities, and their purification from oils and other organic substances existed thereon, moving waste thermoplastic materials in the dryer, and drying thereby heating with grinding, at the same time, their supplement to the machine to facilitate following technological processes, heating waste in horizontal reactor under pressure until melting; at that, adding colorings and ensuring chemical materials compatibility on melted waste in horizontal reactor through supply first unit, and then, adding mineral materials through supply second unit. Furthermore, additional heating of melted thermoplastic materials with additions, immediate draine from horizontal reactor of melted free-flowing composites until cooling thereof, and further cooling by their compressing into forms under pressure by means of individual hydraulic press are provided, as well.
