The invention refers to compounds of the formula 1 in the corresponding trans-configuration: wherein X – is oxygen atom or group NR2; Y – is group selected from CH2, (CH2)2- and -CH=CH-; R1 and R2 can be the same or different , each represents the hydrogen atom or a group selected from alkyl, cycloalkyl and cycloalkylalkyl; in racemic and optical isomeric forms, addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acid and hydrates thereof. The invention also refers to method for production pf said compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and their use. |
