The invention refers to a method of reception of new derivatives of 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazine, possessing anticonvulsive and antiepileptic properties which can find application in medicine. Technical result of the invention is reception of new derivatives of 3,5- diamino-1,2,4-triazine, possessing valuable pharmacological properties. 3,5- diamino-1,2,4-triazine of general formula I where R1 - chlorine, bromine, iod, methyl or trifluoromethyl, R2 - hydrogen or chlorine, or R1 and R2 together form group - CH=CH-CH=CH-; R3 - hydrogen or bromine; R4 - hydrogen, chlorine or bromine; R5 - hydrogen, methyl or fluorine; R6 - amino-, acetylamino -or dimethyl amino methylenamino-group provided that no more than two substituents from R2 - R5 differ from hydrogen, and that not all substituents from R2 - R5 are hydrogen if R1 is chlorine, or their acid-additive salts, the compounds of the general formula II are obtained where R1 - R5 have indicated values, are heated up at 50-100°С in inert solvent, in which the reagents are dissolved, with the subsequent excretion of the final product in the form of the basis or acid-additive salt, or by acylation for reception of compound 1. 5 Tables |
