titleOfInvention Method of producing methyl esters of 2-zetaryl-3-methoxyacrylic acid
abstract Invention concerns heterogeneous ring compounds, in particular receptions of methylic ethers 2- zetaryl-3-methoxyacrylic acid of the formula 1 СН3О-СН=С[А]-С[О]ОСН3, where A is a group of the formula where R1=H, CN, phenylethyl, (E) – phenylethylen, phenylthio, piridilthio, formyl, С1-4 – alkilcarbonyl (it can be substituted by С1), alliloxycarbonyl, phenyl acetyl, methoxy carbonyl propionil, ethoxy carbonyl acetyl, phenyl propionil, methoxalil, ethoxalil, С1-4 - alkyl or dialkilamino carbonyl, phenyl amino carbonyl, benzoyl: (it can be mono-or disubstituted by F, Cl, С1-4 - alkyl, С1-2 - alkoxyl or carboxyl), piridil carbonyl (it can be substituted by Cl), thianyl carbonyl, phuril carbonyl, phenoxy carbonyl, phenoxy methylcarbonyl or benzyloxy carbonyl, R2=H, phenylacetyl or benzoil, R3=H, СН3, methoxy carbonyl, one or two Cl, R1=С1-4 - alkyl, benzoil (it can be mono-or disubstituted by Cl, СН3 or methoxyl), or thienyl carbonyl – phenylethynil which possesses antifungal action. The purpose of the invention is creation of new active connections of the specified class. Their synthesis is conducted by reaction of compounds of the formula II НО-СН=С[А]-С[О]ОСН3 where А see above, or its alkali salts with dimethyl sulphate or methylhalogenide in organic inert solvent, and at use of compound of the formula II in a free kind is conducted process at presence of the basis. New compounds display antifungal activity concerning the pathogenic microorganisms parasitizing on wheat, barley, an apple-tree, fig. a peanut, grapes and tomatoes, and also some of them are active concerning fungi. 8 Tables
