abstract |
The invention comprises compounds of formula <FORM:0989917/C2/1> wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a primary amino-group and R1 and R11, which may be the same or different, are hydrogen atoms or alkyl radicals or are joined directly or through a hetero-atom to form a heterocyclic ring, acid addition salts thereof with physiologically acceptable acids, and their preparation by reaction of isoindoline or 5-amino-isoindoline with the appropriate halo-acetic acid amide in a solvent. The compounds of the invention have analgesic activity. |
