abstract | The invention comprises compounds of formula <FORM:0917578/IV (b)/1> where R1 and R11 are different alkyl groups containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms and R1 is methyl or ethyl. They may be prepared by reacting a compound <FORM:0917578/IV (b)/2> where Me is Na or K with a compound <FORM:0917578/IV (b)/3> p where Hal is halogen, preferably bromine. A solvent may be used. The products are pesticides.ALSO:Pesticidal compositions comprise compounds of formula <FORM:0917578/VI/1> where R1 and R11 are different alkyl groups containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms, and R1 is methyl or ethyl, together with a carrier. Other pesticides or plant nutrients may be present. |
