| abstract | 642,231. Toys. DALLOW, H. E., and DALLOW, G. H. July 16,1948, No. 19097. [Class 132 (iii)] A toy model e.g. of a farmyard, railway system &c. or a coal mine with mine shaft, cage and outbuildings comprises units to be set on an upwards flanged latticework tray 4 which in the case of a coal mine has legs 5 and having a top structure 9 with winding pulleys 13 for cages 14 in the lift shaft underneath resting on a separate base 10. The top tray 4 is marked out in squares to receive square or multiple square base units 15a carrying shapes of e.g. buildings 15c, heaps of coal 15e, belt conveyers 15d and winding gear 11 or skid turntables 15b and rails 15a. The tray 4 may have pivoted extension 6, 7 to hold such units. Trucks 16 may be pushed into one of the lift cages 14. |
