[Class 94(ii)] A paper sleeve 7, for an internal or external valve of a bag, is provided with two springy strips 11 at the mouth end of the sleeve which hold the mouth closed. Each strip, which extends across the whole width of a sleeve side, may be made of cellulose-acetate sheeting, and may be held in position by a band 13 of paper pasted or glued to the sleeve. The strips may be forced apart by a filling spout. |
