Images are produced on copper or copper alloy surfaces by using a sensitizing solution containing cupric chloride, with the probable formation of cuprous chloride which is converted by light p action into cuprous oxide. Any remaining cuprous chloride is removed by a neutral salt, (e.g. sodium chloride, potassium bromide or hypo). |
