The user reactions may relate to user sensitivities or phobias and fears. The system may be further configured to modify the images in order to prevent the negative user reactions 506. This modification may be carried out by blurring, obscuring, skipping, or pausing the image media, or providing notification to the user. Also disclosed is a system, a method, a machine readable medium and a media filtering system comprising neural networks for user reaction prediction.
