A golf club head 200 has a body 10 comprising first material defining first specific gravity. The body is provided with a bottom portion 34 opposite to a top portion 30, a toe 44 opposite to the heel 40 and a back end 48. A strike face 14 comprises second material defining second specific gravity, where the second specific gravity is less than the first specific gravity. The ratio of the first specific gravity to the second specific gravity is greater than or equal to approximately 1.7, and the first specific gravity is greater than or equal to approximately 7.8. |
