titleOfInvention | Drilling jig and drilling method using this drilling jig |
abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drilling jig for drilling a punching hole in such a manner that a boundary between a base and a coating of a subject to be drilled becomes unnoticeable, and a drilling method that uses this drilling jig. This drilling jig comprises a male blade 2, a female blade 3, and a hexagon bolt 4; the male blade 2 and the hexagon bolt 4 are capable of being coupled to each other; a screw hole 16, through which the hexagon bolt 4 is inserted, and a blade portion 20 are formed in the male blade 2; the blade portion 20 has a flat blade surface 18; a shaft insertion 34, through which the hexagon bolt 4 is inserted, and a blade portion accommodation hole 33 capable of accommodating the blade portion 20 are formed in the female blade 3, whereby the boundary between the base and the coating of a bumper can be positioned on the inside of the punching hole, and the appearance of the punching hole 52 is prevented from being ruined. |
