Hair care shampoo |
abstract |
Hair cleaning agent comprising: at least one anionic surfactant (e.g. sodium laureth sulfate); a mixture of oils comprising i) at least one mono- and/or diester of glycerol and a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched carboxylic acid having from about 18 to about 30 carbon atoms (e.g. glyceryl oleate) and ii) at least one vegetable oil (e.g. macademia nut oil); at least one cationic guar polymer (e.g. hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride); at least one amidoamine as defined herein (e.g. brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine). The shampoo may further contain a polyol (e.g. glycerol) and/or a hydroxycarboxylic acid (e.g. lactic acid, citric acid). Preferably, the composition is substantially free of nonionic, alkoxylated emulsifiers and/or polymeric thickening agents (beside the cationic guar polymer). Preferably, the agent is substantially free of silicones and/or mineral oils and/or of fatty acid esters (other than fatty acid esters of glycerol as defined above). Also claimed is a cosmetic use of such a hair cleaning agent for improving the care properties of hair. |
