| abstract |
A sports training aid comprises: two arm members 110, 180 joined such that an angle between the arms can be set to at least one predetermined angle; the first arm member 110 a grip 120 which twists relative to the first arm member, the second arm member is preferably telescopic and includes a positioning piece 190 that rests on a persons torso when in use as a golf swing trainer. The twisting of the grip is preferably biased. The first and second members may be detachable to form a modular training member that may include a brush of flag. |
