At least in a partial region, the wrapping material has a first diffusion capacity D1 and a second diffusion capacity D2 for a diffusion of CO2 in the +Z direction and -Z direction, respectively, through the wrapping material, wherein one or both of the following relationships (i) and (ii) applies or apply for the first and second diffusion capacities D1 and D2 respectively averaged from 10 values: (i) |DA1 - D2| ≥ 0.03 cm/s at a significance level of 99% (ii)
