titleOfInvention Asymmetrical field ion mobility spectrometer
abstract An asymmetrical field ion mobility spectrometer (100) comprises an ionization source (10) used for generating ions; an electrode plate (20); a plurality of electrode wires (40), the electrode wires (40) and the electrode plate (20) being arranged in an opposite way and being separated by an analytical gap (d), a high-voltage electric field being provided between the electrode plate (20) and the plurality of electrode wires (40), thereby forming an ion mobility area (R), and the electrode wires being used for collecting ions that do not pass through the ion mobility area (R); and a collection electrode (60), arranged at a rear end of the ion mobility area (R) and used for collecting ions that pass through the ion mobility area (R). The asymmetrical field ion mobility spectrometer (100) improves the accuracy of the ion peak position identification, and reduces the direct current voltage scanning time and the types of compensating voltage, thereby improving the ion detection efficiency.
