| abstract | A method for producing a non-woven fabric made of water-soluble chitosan fiber is provided. The method comprises the following steps: STEP 1, succinic anhydride is mixed with industrial alcohol, ethanol or acetone solution to form a mixture containing succinic anhydride; STEP 2, the obtained mixture is put into a water bath shaker. The solution is heated to 30-70 and kept shaking at constant temperature, and then HCl solution is added to the mixture to get a mixture containing HCl; STEP 3, the non-woven fabric made of chitosan fiber is soaked in the mixture containing HCl for 2-8h; STEP 4, said non-woven fabric is took out and dehydrated, soaked and washed in absolute ethanol or pure propanol, and then it is took out and dehydrated; STEP 5, said non-woven fabric is impregnated and washed with absolute alcohol or pure propanol, and then it is dehydrated and dried. The non-woven fabric obtained by this method is immediately dissolved when meeting water or water solution and form a solution with certain viscosity that can not only absorb wound effluent but also stick to the wound. |
