Compounds of formula (G) modulate the activity of 5-lipoxygenase-activating protein (FLAP). <EMI ID=1.1 HE=46 WI=71 LX=637 LY=796 TI=CF> Such FLAP modulators, alone and in combination with other compounds, may be used for treating inflammation and respiratory, cardiovascular and other leukotriene-dependent or leukotriene mediated conditions or diseases.
