abstract A polynucleotide can be easily loaded on a chip and polynucleotide (an aptamer) capable of binding to a target molecule can be instantaneously assayed by using a microarray which is originally developed in order to analyze the expression of RNA occuring in a cell. Namely, it is found out that an aptamer capable of binding to a target molecule can be quickly and efficiently obtained by using a microarray.
