abstract |
An EL device having uniform rigidity and thermal expansion property and flexible as a whole, wherein the distance between two film bases can be kept constant. The EL device is composed of a first film base, an EL light-emitting portion and a sealing compound layer. The EL light-emitting portion comprises a first electrode, an EL light-emitting layer and a second electrode, and is formed on a part of the surface of the first film base. The sealing compound layer is formed so as to continuously cover the EL light-emitting portion and the other part of the surface of the first film base. |
