A raw material composition usable in various applications which comprises the following ingredients (1) to (3): a composition comprising (a) a polymer ingredient which comprises a vinyl acetate homopolymer or a partial hydrolyzate thereof or comprises either a copolymer of vinyl acetate with one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of acrylic esters, acrylamide, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methacrylic esters, maleic acid, maleic anhydride, and fumaric acid or a partial hydrolyzate of the copolymer, a composition comprising one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of silicone compounds, polyvinyl acetate, cetyl methyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, and epoxy resins, and organic or inorganic particles. |
