Calcium phosphate ceramic beads having through-holes, an aggregate of the beads, new usage forms thereof, etc. In particular, calcium phosphate ceramic molding capable of forming a porous body with completely or partially communicating holes when charged in a given space so as to construct an aggregate, especially, calcium phosphate ceramic beads characterized in that (1) the molding has one or more through-holes, (2) the molding is an aggregate or a sintered body, and (3) the molding is in the form of beads. There are provided a productive process thereof, a beads aggregate composed of the above beads as a minimum constituent unit a beads accumulation wherein beads are accumulated in such a manner that the through-holes thereof are oriented in a given direction, and various carriers utilizing the functions of such a porous body with completely or partially communicating holes. |
