abstract The invention relates to a method of sterilising conduits that are used to transfer products between supply lines and receiving lines, including for the delivery and arrival of said products in containers, and the corresponding sterile assembly of discharge devices. The inventive method comprises the following steps consisting in: joining and fixing a transfer conduit to an orifice of the container or an inlet and to another orifice of the container or outlet; opening auxiliary valves which are disposed in the transfer conduit, normally one inlet and one outlet, and injecting a medium into said transfer conduit which produces a sterilising bath; emptying the transfer conduit and rinsing the contents thereof with another medium which is also sterile; closing the sterilisation conduits and valves which are disposed in the transfer conduit; opening the corresponding charging and relief valves; unloading the contents of the filled container into the container to be filled using pumping means; and closing the valves and removing the transfer conduit. The invention also comprises an assembly of devices including a transfer conduit which is provided with product inlets and outlets, inlet/outlet nozzles for the sterilising product and a container shut-off valve. Moreover, said invention comprises means of connecting the transfer conduit, closure means therefor and means of fixing same to the container to which it is connected.
