titleOfInvention Movable guide for transmission device
abstract A plastic movable guide for a transmission device comprises a unitary body 210 composed of synthetic resin, said guide body 210 having an elongated shoe 211 with a sliding surface, a reinforcing structure 212 opposite said shoe 211 and having a slot 212a being open in the direction facing away from said shoe 211, a plate fitting 220 into said slot 212a, said guide body 210 and said plate 220 having coaxial holes 213, 222, the hole 213 of the guide body extending through a boss 212b formed on said guide body 210, said boss 212b fitting into the hole 222 of the reinforcing plate 220, and whereby a mounting shaft B can extend though the hole(s) of the guide body 210 and the plate 220 without contacting the plate 220. This design overcomes the problem of the misalignment of (mounting) holes of the typical guide, comprising guide body and plate.
