titleOfInvention | A dispensing device for a detergent tablet |
abstract | A combination of a dispensing device (2) and one or more detergent tablets (1), the tablets having a tensile strength of at least 30 KPa. The device (2) contains the tablet (1) and enables dispersion of the tablet in an aqueous medium. The device is formed partially from a flexible water permeable material (3), preferably in the form of a net and partially from a flexible water impermeable material (40). The device (2) has an opening (5) to allow insertion of the tablet (1). The side (6) opposed to the opening (5) is formed from the flexible water impermeable material (40), or alternatively the water impermeably material may be in the form of a band (41), fig 3. The device may also be in the shape of a sleeve, having sufficient length and flexibility to prevent loss of the tablet during the wash. There is described, both a process of using the combination of the device and tablets, and a kit comprising the device and a plurality of tablets in a package. |
