abstract An aqueous cleaning composition comprising one or more ethoxylated fatty quaternary ammonium salts, an anionic surfactant and a solvent comprising one or more glycol ethers, a C 1 -C 22 alcohol or a mixture thereof. Preferred compounds include PEG-5 cocomonium methosulphate with a sarcosinate in a butoxypropanol/methoxypropanol solvent. A wetting agent may also be included. The preferred use for the composition is for cleaning hard surfaces especially glass or glossy surfaces.
