| abstract |
A method of manufacturing acrylic boards containing real flowers comprises the steps of: (i) cutting cloth/paper 20 and placing it on flat surface, (ii) adhering real flower 40 material to the cloth/paper to form an attachment material 50, (iii) placing the attachment material into a reinforced glass mould 60, (iv) pouring acrylic solution 70 into the mould so as to enclose the attachment material and allowing the acrylic solution to congeal to form an acrylic board 80, (v) heating the acrylic board in order to melt it and (vi) bending the acrylic board into a desired shape 90. |
