titleOfInvention | Precursors for phosphodiesterase 1v inhibitors |
abstract | The invention relates to the enantiomeric mixtures of compounds of Formula I, which are useful precursors in the synthesis of phosphodiesterase IV inhibitors. The mixtures may be prepared by forming a salt of the compound of formula I with (1S)-(+)-3-bromocamphor-10-sulphonic acid or (1R)-(-)-3-bromocamphor-10-sulphonic acid. The enantiomeric compound I may be liberated from its salt by treating the salt with a base. |
