titleOfInvention Organic light-emitting device
abstract To provide an organic light-emitting device which emits light efficiently with low power consumption, and to provide a method of manufacturing such an organic light-emitting device. The organic light-emitting device of the invention includes a stripe shaped anode 2, an organic film laminate 3 and a cathode 4. The anode including a first conductor 2a and a second conductor 2b. The first conductor 2a consists of a transparent conductive film containing metal oxides as its main components. The second conductor 2b is made of a metal, the resistivity thereof is up to 110 times larger than that of the constituent materials of the first conductor, and extended along the stripes of the first conductor so that electrons may not be injected from the second conductor to the organic film laminate when a reverse bias voltage is applied. Or, an oxide film is interposed between the second conductor and the organic film laminate to prevent electron injection from the second conductor to the organic film laminate from causing during application of a reverse bias voltage.
