A wire/wireless keyboard can be used as a wire keyboard if a main body connecting section 37 of the keyboard is connected to a computer body, and as a wireless keyboard if not. The connection status is automatically judged 38. If it is judged that they are connected, then the power of the computer body is selected, but if not then an internal battery 31 is selected to supply the power. In wireless mode, a control section 30 is woken up 36 only if there is a key input, to conserve battery powers. |
