Detergent compositions |
abstract |
Detergent compositions or components thereof contain a lipolytic enzyme and one or more cationic surfactants of the formula: R<SP>1</SP> R<SP>2</SP> R<SP>3</SP> R<SP>4</SP> N<SP>+</SP> X<SP>-</SP> in which R<SP>1</SP> is a hydroxyalkyl group having no greater than 6 carbon atoms; each of R<SP>2</SP> and R<SP>3</SP> is independently selected from C 1-4 alkyl or alkenyl; R<SP>4</SP> is a C 5-11 alkyl or alkenyl; and X<SP>-</SP> is a counterion. The compositions are useful for the removal of greasy stains. |
