Compounds of formula I <IMAGE> wherein R1 and R2 are each independently of the other hydrogen, C1-C24alkyl, phenyl-substituted C1-C4alkyl, unsubstituted or C1-C4alkyl-substituted C5-C8cycloalkyl, unsubstituted or C1-C4alkyl-substituted phenyl, with the proviso that both substituents R1 and R2 are not simultaneously hydrogen, n is an integer from 3 to 8, R3 is C1-C18alkyl, C2-C8alkyl which is interrupted by -O-, -S- or -NR4-, unsubstituted or C1-C4alkyl-substituted C5-C8cycloalkyl, phenyl-substituted C1-C4alkyl, unsubstituted or C1-C12alkyl-substituted phenyl or a radical -(CH2)m-COOR4 or <IMAGE> R4 is C1-C18alkyl, unsubstituted or C1-C4alkyl-substituted C5-C8cycloalkyl, benzyl or phenyl, R5 is hydrogen, methyl, benzyl or a radical -OR7, m is 1 or 2, X is O, S, or NR6, and R6 is hydrogen or C1-C12alkyl, or R3 and R6 together with the linking N-atom are a radical <IMAGE> and R7 is C1-C12alkyl are suitable stabilisers for organic materials. Intermediates of the above formula in which the R3X groups are replaced by chlorine atoms are novel compounds. |
