abstract |
A process for making an analyte available in which the analyte molecules are bound in an essentially two-dimensional layer on a surface of a specimen comprises desorption of the analyte molecules from the surface via laser desorption. A specimen for carrying out the said process comprises components which are able to absorb laser light and a device for carrying out the process comprises a laser whose laser light can be swept over the zones of the specimen. |
