titleOfInvention Depilatory composition
abstract A method of making a depilatory composition comprises mixing a monosaccharide or disaccharide sugar such as sucrose with a sufficient quantity of dilute natural acid such as diluted lemon juice to dissolve the sugar. The mixture is heated at a temperature between 50 and 120 DEG C for a sufficient period of time to bring the mixture to a predetermined settable consistency. The mixture is then allowed to cool and set. It may be warmed to render it less viscous and applied to the skin. Once reset, it may be peeled off taking unwanted hair with it.
