abstract |
High resiliency polyurethane foams are prepared by reaction of polyols blends comprising conventional and polymer containing polyols with aromatic polyisocyanates. Improved physical properties such as tensile strength, tear strength, and elongation of these foams can be achieved by incorporating 0.5 to 3.0 parts 2,3-dibromopropanol into the foam formulation. |
