abstract Compounds of formula (II) are disclosed together with a process for preparing the compound of formula (I): <IMAGE> characterized in that a compound of formula (III) is reacted with a compound of formula (IV) to obtain a compound of formula (II): <IMAGE> wherein: X is bromo or chloro, Y is oxygen or nitrogen, R is a C1-5 alkyl group, n is 1 (when Y is oxygen) or 2 (when Y is nitrogen), M is sodium or potassium; and then the compound of formula (II) is subjected to hydrolysis or hydrazinolysis, or reaction with ethylene-diamine to obtain the compound of formula (I).
