abstract A novel pharmaceutical preparation consists of an active principle, viz. 2-carboethoxyamino-10-( beta - diethylaminopropionyl)-phonothiazine hydrochloride of formula: <IMAGE> and a pharmaceutical vehicle. It combines antianginal, spasmolytic and antiarrhythmic properties and is useful for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
