abstract |
A process for the production of an anti-tumor glycoprotein having a smaller molecular weight than the molecular weight of a starting anti- tumor glycoprotein which comprises using as the starting material an anti- tumor glycoprotein obtained from an extract or a culture supernatant of reticuloendothelial cells, lymphoblasts, leukemia cells or fibroblasts of warm-blooded animals, conducting degradation treatment on said glycoprotein by reacting it with a reducing agent and thereafter recovering an anti-tumor glycoprotein having a reduced molecular weight from the reaction mixture. |
