abstract Graphite foil which has been produced by compression of expanded graphite particles is converted to a particulate material which can be compressed together to form a reconstituted graphite product of adequate resistance to pressure for it to be commercially useful, by milling the graphite foil, immersing the milled material in a liquid medium and removing the liquid in the form of one or more vapour phase products.
